We inform you, that we are planning arrival for all the delegation on September 16, 2005. It is done that all the contestants have enough time for setting-up stands. We ask National Organizers of those countries, for which National Organizer of Russia will buy air tickets to have in view, that most likely we will send you air tickets in the beginning of September. It is connected with that fact, that Contract with the European Commission is not signed yet and money for buying tickets is not transferred.
Therefore we ask your apologies for inconvenient flights for some delegations, as lots of 'good' flights in majority of air companies is being finishing.
