Deadline About the EU Contest

The written project and the contestant application form are submitted as an annex to the National Organiser's application forms, and must be received by the European Commission on or before:

7 June 2005 (by 17.00 at the latest)

Through the office of their National Organiser, contestants must ensure that the necessary arrangements are made so that their project displays for the exhibition arrive in time for the 17th EU Contest in Russia.

Applications received in Brussels on or after the 8th of June, 2005 will be excluded from entering the EU Contest.

Russian Host Organiser will request all National Organisers to submit before June 1, 2005 a special application with information necessary, according to the Russian Federation legislation, for obtaining official invitation letters from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and with data concerning the contestants' choice of events of (c) scientific programme, stand configuration, contestants' requests for the computer technical characteristics (in case they apply for the computer) and its software.
